I don't think it would have been possible for Lisa to do a better job of taking care of us. She went out of her way on multiple occasions to assist us on our move across the country. Moving from out of state, we were unable to be present for things such as a home inspection, but she would step in and take care of us. When we were able to come in to town to view houses, Lisa had a great plan and spent lots of time with us for the two days we were available viewing houses and answering tons of questions. I am super happy we had her as an agent.

She is super nice, super patient, and knowledgeable. I bought this house in less than a month, then I use an additional month to close on this house. All I need to do is trust the people who work with me. I am a first buyer, so I don't know anything about how to buy a house, and how it works, but I find Lisa. She knows a lot of people who work on this for a long time, and have lots of experience, so I really don't need do anything, but talk to different people, tell them what I want, and what I have. Now I own a house.

Our overall experience with Lisa DeFrancesco was nothing short of exemplary. Lisa genuinely cares about her clients, and from the beginning of our home buying experience all the way to the end she demonstrated a knowledgeable, professional, and courteous attitude. As first time home buyers we were at times, confused, and misinformed or uninformed, but Lisa always took the time to educate, explain, and treat us as though we were a member of her own family. She exceeded all of my expectations, and I think it was only by her support and guidance that we were able to make the best home busing decision possible. She stayed late and worked weekends on too many occasions to count in order to facilitate contract negotiations, and it was obvious she put forth 100% effort to ensure we were the first in line to put in an offer.
